A candle built around one of perfumery’s most ancient materials: myrrh. Resinous, honeyed, and slightly smoky, myrrh has been used for millennia in ritual spaces, temples, and traditional medicine. Here, Marie Jeanne pairs it with frankincense and opoponax, creating a warm, resin-rich atmosphere—like a room lined with polished wood and slow-burning resins.
The candle is poured into a thick, bottle-green glass vessel—quietly chic, weighty in the hand, and designed to glow like a small ember when lit. A beautiful object long after the wax is gone.
The opening is brightened with Italian bergamot and a green twist of cinnamon leaf, but the heart stays close to the resin: balsamic, deep, and subtly transporting. It’s a scent that feels timeless, grounded, and steadying.
Burn time: 70 hours (250g).
Comes in a wooden box.
