THE BRAND
Martha Duncan Studio was founded in 2020 by Edinburgh-based designer Martha Duncan, a Glasgow School of Art architecture graduate who transformed her love of color, illustration, and design into ceramics, printmaking, and apparel. Her motifs are inspired by playful everyday moments—daft thoughts, overheard conversations, and song lyrics—always delivered with a mischievous wink. Each ceramic is hand-built or wheel-thrown, kiln-fired, and glazed with vivid, food-safe colors, ensuring no two pieces are alike. Functional yet whimsical, Martha’s pieces bring originality and delight into daily life.
