Each spring, Japan’s first tea harvest yields shincha—a vibrant, highly anticipated green tea known for its fresh aroma, natural sweetness, and delicate complexity.
This year’s shincha comes from tea plants that rested under snow and slowly awakened with April’s crisp air and spring rains. The result: a lively, verdant brew that captures the fleeting beauty of the season.
Enjoy it hot for a refreshing, gently astringent cup—or cold, for a smoother, cooling experience. The flavor shifts subtly depending on how you brew it—just like the weather it was born from.
