Onsen Saru or the hot springs monkey is known for its dedication for rest and relaxation. While the Onsen Saru is usually surrounded by snow and pine forest, you can turn your own tub into an Onsen with Onsen Saru - Hot Spring Bath Soak. Calm your body and mind with the detoxifying, pain-relieving, and soothing blend of Himalayan pink salt, magnesium flakes, and essential oils.

One bag (8 oz) is made of all-natural ingredients. It is also paraben and phthalates-free. All are cruelty-free and have never been tested on animals, especially monkeys! Each bag is FDA-approved.

DIRECTIONS

Pour and dissolve salt into warm water. Soak in the tub for 15 minutes. Store in a cool dry place and keep sealed.  Not intended to treat any medical conditions. Please consult with a physician if nursing or pregnant, even natural ingredients may have adverse effects for those with medical issues

We offer free standard shipping. Other shipping options are available if you need it sooner; charges apply. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the time you have received the package to return most purchases. Open items and perishable items cannot be returned.

ORDERS PROCESSING

Free Standard Shipping orders are processed within 2 business days. Rush Shipping in 1 business day. All orders placed Friday will be processed Monday. Shipping times may vary by merchandise. 

Items ordered together may be shipped separately. 

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES

Second-day and next-day Shipping are not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post.

International Deliveries

A base shipping charge will be quoted at the time of order placement that could be amended at a later date for additional charges in the foreign country. Transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

-All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery. 

-Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, and saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).

-Perishable and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.

-Takamichi Beauty Room reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@takamichibeautyroom.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
