Confiture Parisienne celebrates boldness and French culture. In its workshop in the heart of Paris, the jams are cooked in small batches in copper cauldrons. They are made using traditional, artisanal methods, with no additives or preservatives, much more fruit than sugar, and above all unrefined cane sugar.
Surprise your taste buds with ‘Paris mon Amour’. Combined with the acidity of the raspberry and the sweetness of the strawberry, the very floral fragrance of geranium rosat adds a little je ne sais quoi to this homemade jam.

THE BRAND
In 2015, to revive a Parisian tradition, Nadège Gaultier and Laura Goninet founded Confiture Parisienne with the desire to create exceptional jams using ingredients that are just as exceptional.
Since ancient times, foodies have developed various recipes for preserving fruits by cooking them with wine or honey.
But to taste jams as we know them, you have to wait for the first crusades and the introduction of cane sugar from the Arab world. This luxury food transforms fruit into jam, only reserved for royal tables. At the beginning of the 19th century, beet sugar production democratized this product. Many jam makers opened their stalls in Paris and supplied themselves with fruit from the surrounding orchards.
INGREDIENTS
Strawberry, cane sugar, raspberry, lemon, citrus pectin, natural aroma. Might contain nuts as this is made in a laboratory that makes nuts butters.
