WHY IT’S SPECIAL
Each piece is shaped and decorated by hand, with raised circular motifs that create a quiet sense of movement around the vessel. The contrast between matte off-white, washed blue tones, and hand-applied gold gives the piece a subtle, almost lunar quality. As with all of Mariette Groen’s work, no two are exactly alike.
