Dogabi Oil Lamp No. 873 is a one-of-a-kind hand-thrown porcelain oil lamp in layered blue glaze with 23.5k gold detailing.
Thrown on the wheel and sculpted by hand, this guardian carries a cooler, almost oceanic presence. The glaze shifts between soft sky blue and deeper cobalt tones, pooling into the carved contours of the face. Gold horns, teeth, and third eye cut through the surface with sharp contrast.
When lit, the flame rises from the crown and the piece transforms from sculpture into ritual object. Fluid in color. Direct in expression.
Size: 95 × 100 × 110 (h) mm

THE ARTIST
Dogabi reimagines the Korean goblin as a contemporary ceramic guardian — expressive, slightly irreverent, and fully functional. Each oil lamp bridges folklore and sculpture, designed to live both as art and usable object.
No. 873 feels fluid. It does not feel quiet.
