Apply a few drops to the face, neck, and decollete, gently press onto the skin, and allow to fully absorb before applying moisturizers and make-up. Perfect after air travel and when skin is dehydrated and devitalized. This is silicone and plastic-free and is best pressed onto the skin, unlike a silicone serum that glides on and sits on the skin.
