DIRECTIONS

Measure 2 tbsp. (10 g / 0.35 oz) of tea leaves and add to a teapot.

Add 210 mL (7 oz) of hot water at 80°C (176°F).

Brew for 60 seconds without stirring or disturbing the leaves.
