This spread is made with rosemary honey harvested in Luberon, France, and Japanese matcha from organic farming. De La Rosée selected rosemary honey for its sweetness, subtlety, and vegetal notes. There is little sugar in the mouth, which gives matcha the freedom to express itself fully. A surprising, addictive delicacy.
Matcha is a fine powder of green tea ground on stone millstones. Very rich in vitamins and antioxidants, it helps to strengthen the immune system. Unlike an infused tea, the leaf here is entirely consumed. Matcha is also known for its soothing properties that promote concentration. Rosemary honey is rich in trace elements (calcium, iron, copper). In addition to the qualities common to flower honey, it has properties that aid digestion and liver function and improve blood circulation.
Delicious on toast, pancake, or with yogurt. Excellent by the spoon, but that might be a bit decadent!
At room temperature, when closed, in the fridge, once opened. Keep jars in a cool and dry place, protected against light.
