DIRECTIONS
Apply a few drops to the face and neck, and decollete by gently pressing onto the skin to release the oil and water micro-droplets. Allow the serum to fully integrate and absorb with the skin's lipid matrix before applying moisturizers and make-up.
Tip: Serums are always better absorbed on freshly exfoliated skin. Dry skin is often the result of keratinized skin cells that build up and cause a dull complexion, with regular exfoliation you can restore your glow and moisture level.

Second-day and next-day Shipping are not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post.
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:
-All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
-Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, and saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
-Perishable and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
-Takamichi Beauty Room reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@takamichibeautyroom.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
