This gastronomic spread mix linden honey harvested in Aveyron, France, and yuzu. Yuzu is a citrus fruit native to Asia, mainly grown in Japan and Korea. The yuzu resembles a small grapefruit resulting from crossing a variety of lemon and a mandarin. A sought-after citrus fruit with a unique taste and firm acidity. So that the aromas of yuzu can fully express themselves, the De La Rosée team has selected linden honey, harvested in Aveyron, with sweet notes of mint. An association rich in freshness.
The artisanal production is made in Vendée, France, and only 325 jars were produced. We are thrilled to have been able to bring a few jars to the USA.
Delicious on toast, pancake, or with yogurt. Excellent by the spoon, but that might be a bit decadent!
